Loving the spotlessly clean, properly sanitized commercial kitchen where I’m now cooking my clients meals!  

I was a little nervous about switching from traditional, in home personal chef service to cooking in a commercial kitchen and delivering meals, but to be honest, I’m loving it.  I’m used to cooking in big beautiful kitchens throughout Chicago, but this place it HUGE!  And while it took a few cook dates to get my rhythm, it now it feels like home. 

And what’s not to love about walking into a kitchen that’s this clean!!!
