Personal Chef Menus – Managing Autoimmune Issues Through Diet

Managing autoimmune issues through diet can be particularly challenging. Folks that do this have extremely restrictive diets and can’t just run out and grab a bite when they don’t want to cook. Todays client is an autoimmune family of six!  They use my meals to get them over that hump when mom, who also works full time, just needs a break.
