I found a great article in the Chicago Tribune on how to use a chef’s knife. As a Personal Chef, investing in a good solid core chef’s knife and learning to properly use it has not only made my cooking easier, but also safer and faster. And, if you hit up a good cooking store like Williams Sonoma, they’ll let you try their knives out before you buy. So worth it!
